The house is cozy, quiet, relaxing, and set up for a private stay: your own pool, king-size beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have the run of the house and the pool, including the grill.
Tom and Lidia treat the house the way they would for friends and family. It is cleaned and disinfected before and after every stay. They describe the spot as a short walk to the beach, with town amenities a short drive away.

The $200 deposit
You pick how to pay inside Book Direct.
Choose Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle on the form. We then show only that method, with your booking code. Put the code in the payment note, send the $200, and tap “I sent the $200.” Tom checks it before the stay is confirmed. The balance is due when you arrive.
