The house is a relaxing, open place to celebrate a getaway. It is about five minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the Malecón — close enough for nightlife, quiet enough to come home to the pool.
As with the other homes, it is cleaned and disinfected before and after every stay. Guests have full access to the house, the pool, and the grill. Mi casa es tu casa — that is how Tom and Lidia put it.

The $200 deposit
You pick how to pay inside Book Direct.
Choose Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle on the form. We then show only that method, with your booking code. Put the code in the payment note, send the $200, and tap “I sent the $200.” Tom checks it before the stay is confirmed. The balance is due when you arrive.
