How a stay is reserved.
Tom and Lidia book direct from Mesa. The website introduces the houses. Book Direct collects the dates and the payment method. It does not charge a card or confirm a reservation by itself.
Deposit and balance
- A stay is held with a $200 non-refundable deposit (Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle).
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is paid when you arrive.
- No refunds once the reservation is made.
- On arrival, bring a government photo ID and a credit card.
- We accept Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Questions can come by phone, WhatsApp, or the form.

These are typical rates for the homes. Exact pricing depends on which house and which nights.

Stay details
- Check-in is 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM on all houses. Checkout is before 11:00 AM. Tom confirms the window with your booking.
- Listed sleep capacity is 16; ask Tom before bringing more than 16 (max 25).
- Pets are allowed. No smoking.
- Personal photos are fine; commercial shoots need Tom's OK in advance.
- Please return the keys before you leave.
- You are staying in someone’s home. Treat it with care and respect.
- Book two nights and we include one pizza and wine.
